- Reconcile bank statements to register and general ledger.
- Post checks and deposits to appropriate general ledger accounts.
- Maintain general ledger and reconcile all accounts to subsidiary ledgers.
(I.e., bank loans, tax accounts, notes receivable, fixed assets, cash, etc.)
- Prepare monthly balance sheet and income statements.
- Make you aware of cash balances as soon as bank statements are reconciled.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, & annual payroll reports.
- Prepare business property tax report, business license tax report, and other
reports requested.
